Built to 14 CFR Parts 117, 121, and 135 plus the FAA handbooks (PHAK, Airplane Flying Handbook, AC 61-138 ATP-CTP) and FAA-S-ACS-11A (the ATP ACS) - all US-government public domain. One credential, two in-exam variants: ATM (ATP Multiengine, the Part 121 airline path) is 125 questions, 70% to pass (88 of 125), 3.5 hours per the September 25, 2026 testing matrix, requires the ATP-CTP graduation certificate first, and the result is valid 60 calendar months; ATS (ATP Single-engine, the Part 135 path) is 90 questions, 70% to pass (63 of 90), no ATP-CTP. The FAA publishes no per-topic percentage split, so the area weighting here is empirical (Part 117/121 regs heaviest), shown honestly. The testing-matrix row (the ATM time allotment has already moved once), the ACS revision, ATP-CTP course prices, any Part 117 amendment, and the annual AKT volume stats can change - verify the current FAA materials before testing. Original analogous items; no commercial prep-bank content (Sheppard/Gleim/ASA/Dauntless) is reproduced.
